New Items: Customers have up to seven (7) days from the date of purchase to return new items for a full refund. If the return is initiated between eight (8) and fourteen (14) days after the purchase date, the customer will be issued a gift card equivalent to the value of the product.
Pre-Owned Items: Customers have up to three (3) days from the date of purchase to return pre-owned items for a full refund. After 3 days OkSouQ won't accept the return.
General Conditions for Returns: All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, with all original tags and labels attached.

In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Saturday - Thursday 8am-3pm.
